Email us about anything: where your parcel is, a change of address before it ships, a refund under our 30-day guarantee, a parcel that arrived damaged, or a question about the PupPOV before you buy.

Please include your order number if you have one. If your parcel arrived damaged, a photo helps us sort it out faster.

PupPOV ships to the United States, Canada and the European Union. We're based in the Philippines, so if you write overnight your time, you'll usually have a reply by morning.
