Free tracked shipping on every order
We ship to the United States, Canada and the European Union. Standard shipping is free on every order, and every parcel is tracked.
When your order ships
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
When it arrives
Most orders arrive 10 to 12 business days after you order. Delivery times are estimates, and your tracking link shows where your parcel is.
1-Year Warranty
Add 1-Year Warranty ($5.00) when you order and your order is processed and shipped ahead of standard orders. It's included free with the Trio bundle.
Shipping Protection
Add Shipping Protection ($5.00) when you order. If your parcel is lost in transit, taken from your porch, or arrives damaged, we refund your order in full. It's included free with the Duo and Trio bundles. See our refund policy for how to make a claim.
Taxes
Shipping is free. Prices are shown in your local currency where we can detect it, and you are charged in US dollars at checkout, so the final amount on your statement depends on your bank's exchange rate. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.
If there's a delay
If we can't ship your order within the time above, we'll email you with a new expected date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Your shipping address
Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
Cancelling an order
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund before the order ships.
